Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast


– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
– 2 cups fresh spinach leaves
– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
4. Add spinach leaves and cook until wilted.
5. Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese.
6. Make a pocket in each chicken breast by slicing horizontally.
7. Stuff each chicken breast with the spinach and feta mixture.
8. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
9. Place the stuffed chicken breasts in the baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
10. Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, and serve.
