Organic Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast


– 4 organic chicken breasts

– 2 cups organic spinach leaves

– 1/2 cup crumbled organic feta cheese

– Organic garlic powder

– Organic dried oregano

– Salt and pepper to taste

– Organic olive oil


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Butterfly each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally without cutting all the way through.

3. Season the inside of each chicken breast with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.

4. Stuff each chicken breast with a handful of organic spinach leaves and a sprinkle of crumbled feta cheese.

5. Close the chicken breasts and secure with toothpicks.

6. Place the stuffed chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.

8. Serve hot with a side of organic roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
