Greek Salad


– 2 cups mixed salad greens
– 1 cucumber, diced
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
– 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
– 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
– 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
– 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste


1. In a large bowl, combine salad greens, cucumber, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, Kalamata olives, crumbled feta cheese, and red onion.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat.
4. Adjust the seasoning if needed.
5. Serve chilled as a refreshing side dish or add grilled chicken or shrimp for a complete meal.
